The easiest way is simply to enter your dates using 'Book A Villa' above.  Alternatively you can contact us and we will provide a quotation, but it will be the same as what is available online.

There may sometimes be a short delay between submitting and receiving the quote.  There is a risk that someone else can secure dates that compete or overlap with your enqiry dates, so please do keep this in mind.

Deposits are typically 20% of the total stay as a down payment.  Once we have a confirmed booking, you will be able to access your reservation in our Staylio app and can manage your entire booking, including making ad hoc or regular payments to clear off your balance.

Yes Cumbrian Lakes is a gated community.

We have stair gates, pool door alarms and pool fences as required by Florida law.  We also offer strollers/buggies, high chairs, and safety jackets for infants for using the pool.

We often get asked how do I collect keys or access the community and the home.

Eveything is completely contactless.  We send you arrival information 10-14 days prior to your arrival.  You will have a code to access the gates community as well as ones for your villa and its alarm system.  These codes activate at your scheduled departure time and expire shortly after your stay with us.

Checkin is from 4pm and departure is by 10am.  If you have an late flight and require longer, we would suggest adding an additional day,  Where we have another booking departing or arriving on the same day, we cannot offer any variations to these times.  We require our homes to be properly deep cleaned between guests and this often takes the full six hours between guests.

All of our homes have both pools and spas.

Our homes have at least four sun loungers per villa, as well as tables and chairs (with cushions) for enjoying the sunshine outdoors.

Yes - absolutely!  Pool Heat is not included as standard and is a chargeable extra.  It is only typically needed October to April if you plan on using the pool.

We operate our pool heaters for 14 hours a day and charge a fee to cover the additional utilities used.  This cost is £20GBP/$25USD per day.

The pool heater can only be activated for the entirety of your stay and not just select days here and there.  The heater needs time to heat the pool to a suitable termperature for swimming in cooler weather.

The pool heater heats the water at the rate of 1 degree per hour.  We activate the heaters in advance o guests arriving so the pool is at target for your arrival.
